Hi, I’m Georgia, the proud owner of Paws & Ponies!

Running my business keeps me very busy, but in my spare time, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family, my own pets, or doing Pilates (dog walking definitely takes a bigger toll on your body than you'd think!).

When I left school, I completed a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management. The course required me to do work experience, so I chose a veterinary practice and absolutely loved it. I then got a job as an animal care assistant and went on to complete a veterinary nursing apprenticeship.

When the time came to step away from clinical practice, setting up a dog walking and pet care business felt like the perfect next step. I knew how much the knowledge and experience I already had would help me provide the best care for other people's pets.

I have never regretted my decision and I love spending every day with my furry friends!

I enjoy looking after lots of different animals and have a few pets of my own. Currently I have a chihuahua, a tortoise and a horse.

I have been riding since I was 6 and I am very lucky to own my horse called Spirit. I've owned him for 15 years and have learnt so much from him. I love being around horses and I am confident handling and caring for them.
